About The Project
This project started during my food study course FST2000. The goal is to construct an online archive with audio and video personal stories from individuals who belong to Chinese immigrant communities in Toronto, Canada. Through their narration, I hope to explore the connection between heritage food, identity, and how COVID-19 affects cultural food accessibility from various perspectives.
